Love Bugs In Home Daycare

I provide trusting child care in my home with a low adult to child ratio to ensure that your child is getting the attention that they deserve. Let me tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Debbie and I've worked in licensed child care centers since 2009. I moved to the Grand Rapids area in 2010 and enjoy being here. In January of 2012 I had a baby girl and was a stay at home mom until September 2012, then I became a lead toddler teacher until the beginning of this year. Now I nanny in my home most weekday afternoons. I love children and my dream has always been to own my own daycare. I don't have my own daycare, but I do have a home that I will become licensed to provide daycare in before this summer. I am CPR and first aid certified and have many child care trainings from my working at child care centers. I'm only a few credits short of having my child development degree. The ratio at centers for infants and toddlers are one adult to four children. I provide care for three young children, I believe that having a smaller ratio will benefit the children by giving them more attention, yet still being able to have friends around there age to interact with. Right now, I have a spot for 2 young children Monday-Friday from 6am (if needed earlier we can make arrangements) until 12:30pm. As I am already committed to a family in the afternoon.
