The daycare is equipped with the resources needed for child development and growth. I have all the state trainings as well as those of other programs that have prepared me to help any child in his/her development. The daycare is a participant in the nutrition program called Beanstalk. I have the capacity of caring for 8 kids without the assitance of another employee and although the state doesn't require it I myself will hire another employee.
