Lou Lou's Homeschool

I am a stay-at-home Mother of three children and have been homeschooling since my first daughter was born! I have taught my children every subject there is to teach and I absolutely love having them home. My oldest daughter, however, is joining an all-day school/sports program, where she will no longer be home for a large portion of the day. So I wanted to add just 1 - 2 young children to our daily learning and play! Your children will learn alongside my 3-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. I have memberships to early learning programs like Starfall.com and TimeforLearning.com. I frequently bring the children to the local library to find books that interest them. I taught both of my daughters how to read by the age of 3. I am currently working with my son on phonics, number recognition, counting numbers, music, foreign language, sign language, etc. My 5-year-old daughter is a fluent reader, was accepted into the Lakeland Strings Youth Orchestra, is working on second-grade level language arts and first grade level math. She is also in competitive gymnastics. My oldest daughter is a second-grader learning at a 4th and 5th grade level. She is also learning the basics of honors algebra and was also accepted into the Lakeland Youth Orchestra for this coming year. They are very happy children. I have a large supply of workbooks and alternatives to worksheets in my home that I have successfully used to teach my own children. I have learning games, puzzles, books, instruments, and more! I have an acre of property with a swingset, trampoline and small garden. I love children and teaching them is truly a gift. I will provide local fieldtrips for your child (with notice and your permission), lunch if you prefer, snacks, love and fun and, I also hope to instill a love of learning. I will only accept 1 - 2 children maximum at this time, as I do not want the quality of their learning to be affected. The only request I have is that If one of my daughters needs to be escorted to or from gymnastics (there will only be a few days where this is needed and it is a 30-min drive), that I bring your child/children along for the drive. (My car is a 2015 Honda Odyssey and my DL is completely clear.) Other than that, I plan to have a lot of fun this year!
