Really 2 employees at most; we only have 14 dog bedrooms. And have been caring for people's beloved pets for a long time, 7 years here in Kalispell, Montana. We have great standing with all the vets in the valley; you can call any of them and ask. We also have have 7 kitty bedrooms in a separate building especially for cats, beautiful cozy rooms. We show by appointment because we make sure our pets get all the attention needed first before anything else.
