Lord Of Life Child Development Center

Lord of Life Child Development Center has been in business since 1972, providing care and education in a nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. We strive to help children build a strong foundation for learning. Therefore, we focus on the process rather than the outcome of activities. Children build problem-solving skills, self-esteem, self-confidence and independence.

Our open curriculum allows each child to be supported as an individual, while developing through theme-related, developmentally appropriate classroom experiences. We strive, through creative activities and experience, to enhance each child 's social, emotional, spiritual, physical and cognitive growth and awareness.

Additional activities offered by Lord of Life include field trips, visits from community workers (like fire fighters and dentists), and several special Center events throughout the year.

With an on-site Adult Day Health Center, we are able to provide a unique opportunity for children and adults to engage in inter-generational experiences. Through songs, games, art and stories our two most precious generations are brought together in common goals. Shared experiences bring joy to the young and old alike.

We are open from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday to meet the unique needs of your schedule. Children may attend as little as two times a week and gain greater benefit from attending more days. Our Center is also equipped with a key-code entrance system and has an on-site Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
