My company is Longevity home health. I am an RN BSN who has 35 years of diet and nutrition background with five successful published books on diet and health and weight loss. I am also well versed in food allergies, diabetes, and other health conditions, and nutrition consulting and am an excellent cook. I would like to offer my wellness services to anyone with diet, health and nutrition needs. I am available as a consultant, can cook and prepare meals, shop, and educate as well as offer some light fitness or movement training and can do some light nursing as well.
