Ann was wonderful to me and my beagle whom was 17.... well god would not take her! I sobbed to Ann on phone explaining my situation, this was on a Friday and Ann said, " Bring her in right away." Knowing I was going to have to have her put to sleep was really hard for me and I felt like I waited too long. Ann reminded me it was the right thing to do and a gift I could give back to her since she gave me so much happiness through 17 years-Ann reminded me i was doing the right thing and this helped ease my saddness. Just them KIND words helped me so much!! Ann and the Veterinarian were so kind and all the staff showing care, kindness and empathy at such a very difficult time to not only my old Beagle Mindy but to sincere care and compasion to me as the owner. I love all the staff at lockwood vet because they go above and beyond to care for your pets/owners. They truely are the best veterinary clinic in town, honest good people with big hearts and a professionalism that I have really appreciated through the years. I even live in town and I refuse to take my pets to no other than Lockwood Vet. I would highly Recommend them they are a wonderful team of folks.
