Lizzy the owner did our first cleaning today and it was fantastic. I accidentally scheduled the cleaning on a holiday and she showed up no complaints and had a great attitude. Now I don't recommend scheduling her on holidays but I use it as an example of her work ethic and dedication to her business.

Communication was excellent leading up to the cleaning. Emails were sent to us as reminders and they really give you every opportunity to change dates if needed. I received a text message the day of the cleaning detailing the time she would arrive and she was here exactly when she said she would be. The cleaning was very thorough and we could not be happier!

I like their website which really makes it easy to schedule and it also gives you all the information you need. If you do have any questions they are quick to respond. Their costs are right on par with what I feel they should be. We have used 3 cleaning companies over the past many years and she beats most other companies out there without sacrificing any quality whatsoever.

We are excited to form a long-term relationship with Lizzy and her company and highly recommend you give them a try!

I am beyond disappointed as I used this company for standard cleaning twice.. I didn't like the standard cleaning much but I thought after not using them for sometime that maybe their deep cleaning service would have been better because I was desperate to get somebody to clean my home on such short notice. Firstly I got Lizzy the owner to come "deep clean" my house after she spend almost 5 hours upstairs when it was time for me to come upstairs with my children so she can start working on the downstairs I was in disbelief that NOTHING looked done. Items weren't dusted, floors weren't mopped, tubs weren't cleaned (only the shower) toilet cleaning was horrible, no closet carpets cleaned, shades and windows still Dusty, basically it looked like the same way when I returned vs when I left. After seeing this I told her she can switch from deep cleaning to standard cleaning because this is not Deep cleaning work. She said okay only for me to get a call from her husband/business partner 30 mins later telling me how can Lizzy fix her job so that she can get the $350 that we agreed upon. I told him she has already been in my home for 5 hours and nothing has been done except the fact she took my husband clothes and put them in the bag, vacuumed, throw our comforters over our sheets that we slept on but she didn't fix the sheets only covered them up. Stuff was still under the bed and behind my night stand, nothing by my bed was dusted at all at that point it's no need to fix something you never started so I told him I will not pay $350 that she can continue to do standard. He told me it wasn't fair to her because she been there for 5 hours and needs to get paid for her time not the fact she didn't do the work I expected. He also told me they don't organize items during a deep clean that their a cleaning company not movers, I owned a cleaning company before Covid hit and I NEVER heard
Of such lies... when deep cleaning someone's home it includes you wiping their items down and placing them neatly back on their shelves. She then called me 30 mins after the owner hung up on me to tell me she is not finishing my Downstairs since I won't pay the full $350 and told me she will charge me $175 for "deep cleaning" my upstairs only. For one no ma'am you aren't entitled to that neither because you haven't completed my home. She stayed for 25 mins talking me down trying to convince me that because she spent so much time there that she was entitled to $175 without finish cleaning my home. I was LIVID!! Like really? Ma'am I have to find another cleaner and you did nothing! Worth $175 upstairs. She ended up leaving with only $100 because she did my stairs and picked up my husband clothes. The upstairs looked horrible and this has turned out to be a horrible experience that I may never call another service again. Please look at the 1 star reviews as this seem to be more accurate and the others look like friends or family because it's NO WAY they give 5 star work to your home. I am all for supporting black owned businesses but this one seems to be robbing their own people. It's all about money to them and not the quality of work their suppose to perform.

Great service and good prices. Arrived on time and cleaning crew was conscientious!
