Beware if she speaks to her customers with such dismissive and accusatory behavior I would be fearful to work for her. You will not be a valued client you will be expected to change constantly, confirm via text at all hours of the evening and spoken to with disrespect and blamed when the team doesn't show up. And now the latest completely ghosted.
Don't count on them to arrive when they say they will because they may or may not. After they were supposed to arrive at my house for a cleaning I was understanding and rescheduled at their request the owner was extremely aggressive that "she had called." Well at 3pm when she still wasn't at my home I had no idea she had called which is why I reached out. The level of aggression she displayed that I was at fault was not that of someone who values their clients.
They are however extremely good at cleaning homes. There team is detailed and kind minus the experience with the owner in which I highlighted above.

This company is amazing. Jessica is amazing. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I look forward to our cleanings every time. Love them!!!
