Living Hope LLC is a licensed 245D home and community based service provider. My team and I have over 20+ yrs of health care, senior care experience. Our scope of service is in-Home Memory Care and supportive services for seniors and their loved ones. We also service young adults 18+ with developmental disabilities. Our goal is reduce institutional care facility placement by providing person centered in-home care that includes education, training and support services to family caregiver's and the community. My team has the education and training to transition with our recipients. We enjoy every aspect of care giving and want to shine a new light on quality, productive, compassionate, person-centered care giving.
