Littleliving Nature School

Our Reggio Emilia/Nature School inspired Preschool-K Seasonal Sessions are set in a licensed outdoor based small home daycare. Your little one can explore, discover, delight, share, learn, play and socialize in an intimate nature and arts rich experience. Our beautiful outdoor garden rooms host a variety of plants and wildlife, as well as sculptures and art. Our facility is eco-friendly, utilizing and encouraging a love of nature, gardening, recycling, composting, and the use of organics.

Seasonal foods will be tended and grown by the children. Gardening, composting, harvesting and tasting provides opportunities for learning about the cycle of life, our food, cooperation and social skills.

Our low student to teacher ratio of 6:1 ensures your little one receives individualized attention, feels safe and reaches age appropriate educational, social, physical and mental milestones.

As a team we build a solid educational foundation for your child. Keen observation and portfolio/project documentation, ensures important learning/developmental milestones are reached. Play, nature and art based, emergent curriculum uncovers the children's interests and the pathways through which to immerse them in various subjects-- science, math, reading and, language, art, music, movement and social studies. Together we empower children to be independent, well rounded, well socialized caretakers of our planet and each other.

Year round enrollment. Choose your days of the week. 3 hour M - F 8:30 am- 11:30 am for 14 months - 5 years & 3 hour M -Th 1 pm - 4 pm for 3+ years - 10 years offered in Seasonal Sessions: Fall; Winter; Spring. 12 weeks of 4 hr Summer Camp M - Th 8:30am - 12:30 pm running from June - Aug. Year round Atelier 1 pm - 4 pm Program allows flexible schedules and offers arts, nature, garden and social science craft, tinker and project workshops for kids 3+ months -10 years.
