Little Village Child Care Center, Inc.

We provide care and education to children ages infants to 10 years old, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We offer voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK), After School Care, Extended Care after VPK, Teacher Planning Day, Winter and Summer Breaks, and Summer Camp. We accept Subsidized Care Scholarship from the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade. We are cater daily with nutritious healthy meals for our children.
Our program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, (NAEYC), and Accredited Professional Preschool Learning Environment, (APPLE). Our High Scope Curriculum offer children to learn through active involvement with adult-child interaction, content areas for each topic and age group, training modeling, and assessment tools. Classrooms are arranged to offer challenging play and learning choices at a range of developmental levels. Activity areas allow children the opportunity to explore, to experience, and, most importantly, to succeed.
Our program is designed to develop in children a sense of independence and responsibility. We desire to strengthen each child's own cultural identity, while instilling a respect for others who might be different. We focus daily on the process of learning and help children enjoy successful experiences.
