Little Neighbors Learn & Play Early Learning Family Child Care provides children with early learning in a warm, caring, and safe environment that blends elements of a home and a classroom for children to learn and play. Young children ages 2-5 engage in developmentally appropriate activities through early learning lessons, playing to build socialization, use of age appropriate toys, and furnishings suited just for them. Tutoring, homework assistance, and age appropriate activities are also provided for school aged children ages 2-12.

I am an experienced teacher who has worked with children of all ages for over twenty years. I attended California State University Fullerton and graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies/ Education from the University of La Verne with an emphasis in Human Development and Psychology. My experience includes managing an Enrichment After-school Program,working with students in grades Preschool to grade 8 in the classroom and individually as a tutor, teaching grades 1,2, and 4, and assisting school administration. I have a passion for education and find great joy in seeing children develop and grow through a variety of learning and exploration experiences. I was raised in West Covina, where I attended the local elementary and high schools in a cultural diverse community. I enjoy traveling, reading, and the arts which I share with the children I work with. My husband has also been an educator for many years, and is currently a social worker.
I am open Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m and am located near San Jose Academy, Orangewood School, and the West Covina Unified School District.
