Dear Parents,
Thank you for choosing Little Lamb's Daycare. I have earned my bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, but have also been in the daycare industry for 18 years. I love what I do and have used my passion and knowledge I obtained to help your children to not only get along with others in a social setting, but to also teach them the basics that they will need to implement as they enter into kindergarden and excel above all other students. Many of the children that have been enrolled in my daycare program have showed their excellence to many educators in preschool and kindergarden. These children not only displayed their intellect to their teachers but to the general public by ending up on newspapers for being community leaders in their classroom. I am excited to give your child an opportunity to develop skills that they will need to prepare themselves for higher learning in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Your children will have wonderful experiences at this daycare, including those that enhance your child's social, physical, intellectual/mental, and language development.
Your children from ages 2-5 will be faced with a wide variety of tasks: There are plenty of hands-on activities, group activities, individual activities, ect. These activities include learning the alphabet, number, colors, opposites and much more. They also learn how to identify animals, birds, and insects.
For children of ages 4+, they will be faced with tasks of learning physical sciences, writing, reading, and mathamatical concepts.
We also work on creating an atmosphere which promotes independent thinking and a passion for reading. But the underlining message of it all is that your children will have fun throughout the entire process.
I will also provide your child with a well balanced breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.
It is important to us that your child feels comfortable at my daycare and have your children feel as if it is "home away from home". Please feel free to linger as you let him explore the new adventures awaiting for him/her at this facility for a couple of days and PLEASE do not hesitate to ask questions or let us know about your concerns.
