Little House Academy utilizes a progressive, ground-breaking program that infuses the STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in all areas of our curriculum. This includes emphasis in the cognitive, physical, and social-emotional domains of development. Through project-based, inquiry-driven activities, the children will explore and discover the world around them while learning literacy, problem solving skills, and collaboration techniques.
The STEAM curriculum produces children who take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process. These are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the 21st century!
We are a state licensed child care facility for ages birth - 12 years of age and offer daycare, preschool, after-school, and tutoring services.
We are big fans of communication, so we use a super epic app called Kinderlime. You will receive up-to-the-minute updates on your kiddo, throughout the whole day!
