I love working with smaller groups because it allows me the chances to learn each child's individual needs VS a childcare center where they are sometimes out of ratio and your child is over looked!
A little about my daycare:
~We stick to a schedule everyday to maintain routine
~I provided Breakfast, lunch and snack
~ Outside play (weather permitting)
~ We have music and movement
~Circle time
~We also have themed weeks and a curriculum that we follow
~With a small group it's much easier to have one-on-one time with each child.
