About
Welcome families and thank you for reading my post. I am a licensed Family Home Day Care teacher with over 12 years of experience on caring for children and families. I am a qualified and active licensed teacher.
My program is designed to provide nurturing and secure settings in which children can grow and learn about themselves, each-other and the world around them. Activities are planned to build a positive self-image and to develop whole child through play. I also offer a bilingual program included in the package.
The children are encouraged to make choices and to participate in a range of activities that include play with paint, clay, sand, water, blocks, puzzles, dolls, dress up, music and movement. The program emphasizes children learning to talk with and listen to each-other, to share feelings, information and ideas. The daily program is professionally designed with different choice of activities, circle time, group activities, arts and crafts, telling stories, and so on. Parents are essential in making this program work successfully for young children.
