Hello! I will have one part time opening available in August 2016 in my in home childcare program. Smoke-free home. I have over 20 years experience caring for children, including teaching for 10 years in a center and Assistant Director in another center. I enjoyed my time in a preschool setting; however, after having my son in 2014, I wanted to stay home with him and watch children in my home. I take pride in what I do and children are a huge passion of mine. I do not set your child in front of a television and just "babysit". I interact with them and consider myself a teacher! I will be engaging the children in age appropriate daily activities including sensory, art, music, reading, and much more! I will be following a curriculum from Funshine Express that incorporates ages from 6 weeks old up to age 5 years old. I also have a fenced in back yard with a nice playset for the children to enjoy! I am CPR and First Aid certified and can provide excellent references upon request! I follow ODJFS guidelines for Type B Childcare and am in the process of becoming a member of Ohio AEYC. If you are looking for an education based environment with an "at home" feel, this is it! I look forward to hearing from you!
