At Little Einstein s Childcare, my objective is to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing home environment to each child in my care. Developing a trusting relationship with both the child and parent(s) that will be healthy and long-lasting is my goal. I believe in learning and growth through guidance, encouragement, communication, imagination and play. Regularly scheduled meals/ snacks, indoor/outdoor play, and routines will allow the child to develop emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially. I will include both planned and spontaneous activities which include; music, movement, building, language, and art in response to the children s interests.
