My name is Debbie and I am opening an in-home child care in my Covington/Independence home beginning in June. I am currently a pre-school teacher in an elementary school and have worked with preschool aged children for over 8 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. I have a 5 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. I have a passion for working with children infant to school aged. I plan on having a structured curriculum and individualized lesson plans for each child based on their developmental needs. We also like to have fun. We will be spending a lot of time outdoors enjoying nature. I have bikes for all ages, a swing set (including swings for an infant), a large child sized swimming pool, and a sprinkler. I live on a wooded lot in the middle of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. I offer affordable rates and exceptional care. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
