Welcome to Little Chickadees Childcare! Little Chickadees' is a home daycare located in Brimfield, Ma that is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. Offering full time, part time, and before/after school care.
As your child's care provider I will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that builds your child's educational foundation. Children will participate in structured hands on activities following the busy toddler curriculum, as well as free play, throughout their day.
After working as a preschool and kindergarten special education teacher for 5 years in a local school district, I decided to begin a new chapter and open a home daycare. Having a home daycare allows me to be home with my son while continuing to teach young children. I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree in Special Education. In addition to being licensed by the Department of Early Ed and Care, I hold my Massachusetts teacher's certification in early childhood, elementary education, and moderate disabilities.
