Little Carrot (toddler Home Care)

Hello my name is Angela Gafford and I am the primary caregiver at Little Carrot offering care from my home. Little Carrot Toddler Care is a place where children are free to learn and explore in a safe and enriching environment. With a maximum of 4 children at a time, each child gets specialized attention. I am there to support and contribute to child-led learning with age appropriate materials and curricula. I will use emotion coaching to help children gain self-awareness, empathy and the social tools they need for life. Free play is an important part of the day for many of the children.

Morning Daycare: Monday-Friday 8am-12pm

~Arrive to be welcomed by Mrs. Angela and friends.
~Parents check in with the teacher about anything pertinent to the day.
~Cooperative Free Play and Craft. A variety of activities will be available for the children to chose from.
~Snack time
~Activity Time, a craft, cooking or art project will be offered to those who are interested.
~Others may continue to have Free Play until circle.
~Circle Time which includes a story, a finger play, singing and dancing.
~Closing and Goodbyes

{Lunch 12pm-1pm}
Many children stay for lunch. Lunch is always homemade, organic,vegetarian and wheat-free. Some days we will have special field trips to the lake or other neighborhood parks. At Little Carrots Toddler Care, children thrive and families flourish. I invite you to become part of our community garden of diverse families. You can choose to bring your child's lunch and eat with us as well.

Monday-Friday, 8am - 12pm

Lunch, 12pm - 1pm = $11 per day. Lunch fee includes extended hour of care.
