In-Home Daycare

After searching for jobs, I have realized how hard it is for moms to afford reliable, educational childcare. I want to help 1-2 families by offering in home daycare. Legally, I can only watch 4 children part time or 2 children full time. I have a beautiful home, large yard, and home school my own two toddlers.
I know CPR and am getting certified.
Daycare at my home will not just be "watch TV all day". Education and stimulating young minds to learn and explore are my goals! A typical day for my children starts with story time, breakfast, a themed lesson, outdoor exploration and play (we have a huge garden the children can help in and explore!), art (painting, drawing, clay, etc), lunchtime, self led play (totes with educational toys, children learn to sit and play on their own or with one another), naptime and then after naptime we typically go on adventures in the backyard, walk to the park, or build forts in the living room. I have a very exploration based and literature based perspective on early childhood education.
