Little Bee Preschool is located in the Oak Grove area of Milwaukie, Oregon in the Roots Community Church. Our preschool program is to meet the needs of children, within families, prior to entering the kindergarten programs of public/private schools.
The goal is a nurturing classroom/playroom environment where children can mix with other children within their own age group and learn basic math, language, music, creativity, reading skills, story telling, geography, nature and outdoor activities, letters, numbers, arts, games, and puzzles within a fun filled, community fueled, atmosphere. Daily activity will be scheduled with certain days and weeks accentuating a theme for learning and knowledge. Our goal is to leave every child with a smile and a good story around their dinner table at night.
Little Bee Preschool uses the basis of play, community, friendship, and communication for group activities, free play and hands on projects within a group striving for diversity, individuality, creativity and hearing everyones voice, respecting safety and security for each individual child.
