Little Acorns Daycare Inc.

Hello parents,

I would like to introduce you to Little Acorns Daycare, a NYS licensed home based daycare program. A "home away from home" for your little ones to grow and thrive. At Little Acorns, we follow both traditional teaching philosophies but also integrate topics of interest from the children in care. We strive to offer a solid foundation for your infants, toddlers and preschoolers by providing them with a warm, nurturing environment so that they will be inspired to explore and learn. Each child in our care is unique and we do our absolute best to provide and exceed each child's individual needs while being apart of a group. The foods we provide are always organic and all natural, as we try to encourage the importance of good nutrition. We have a fenced in private playground and we try to get outside everyday, unless there is inclement weather or extreme temperatures. When we have to stay indoors, gross motor activities are provided. We, the teachers, pride ourselves on the individual attention each child receives here on a daily basis and the continuity of care. One of the many benefits of a smaller program, such as Little Acorns, is that as your family grows your children can still be together throughout the day for many of our activities. It is our honor to care for each child in our Little Acorns family. We look forward to hearing from you and learning how we may be able to help with your family's childcare needs.
