Hello. I offer reasonably prices to clean your house- townhouse-apartment-condo. I charge between $80 to 90 per clean. I can offer weekly- bi weekly- monthly or once (for a deep clean- I do charge a little extra) The services, I offer:
Bathroom cleaning, mirrors, clean/sanitize - shower-tub-toilets-tile walls-counter tops, floor washed, kitchen cleaning, sanitize/ wipe down counter- cabinets- range top-oven hood- oven glass door-microwave glass-outside refrigerator- sinks-wipe down back splash tiles, wash floors. All Floors are washed with vinegar and water, cleaning in all rooms- unless specified not to.
Vacuum all carpets- shake area carpets (outside)- vacuum under things
dust baseboards- dry cloth furniture (unless specified to use polish)
Clean windows on 1st floor - cobwebs off the ceiling, vacuum the couch cushions and small furniture cushions, change the sheets and make bed for client- if asked. Steam clean floors- when client provides steam cleaner, laundry is done- charge is extra. Deep clean- charge is extra, shampoo rugs- if client provides shampooer and chemicals. Clean the inside of refrigerator- if client wants it done, inside microwave needs to be cleaned- if asked to. The experience I have is that I have been cleaning and running 2 bed and breakfast in the Niagara Falls NY area for 5 years plus and personally cleaning houses in the Buffalo area.
