I am a stay at home mom for my 3 kids ages 2, 3 and 6. I have been in childcare for 19 years both as a private nanny as well as my own in home day care. I have watched children from birth- 8 including multiples. Currently I have space to watch a few additional children in my home. My motto is my home is your childs home away from home while their parents are at work so your children are able to treat my home as their own. I do arts and crafts, puzzles. reading and when the weather permits we are outside all the time! I believe kids need structure but I also feel they need time to play and use their own imagination so we have both free play time as well as planned activities. I am very flexible in terms of if you need full or part time. I am familiar with food allergies, my daughter is 2 and has a dairy allergy so I am aware of the importance of not cross contaminating foods. I am also able to care for special needs children, my daughter is 6 and is deaf with cochlear implants and am aware of the extra patience some kids more than others need to have a happy productive day.
