Caring for children is my career. I have 6 years of experience operating infant/toddler/preschooler daycare environments. I joined Care.com and was a nanny, to be close to my children. I am now settled and eager to care for three children under the age of 5 in my home. I report all income and have an EIN number for your tax reporting purposes.
I believe that toddler and preschool development occurs best in a home-like setting and that it is the best alternative there is for working parents. In addition to my home being a warm, cozy, enriched, and very safe environment, it has toddler and preschool learning centers that allow children to experience a variety of roles. The entire first floor is a kid-only zone where arts and crafts and music and kids flourish all day long. Children play, socialize, and learn together and from each other, in this way they assume greater responsibility and become role models for each other. They gain independence and self-confidence through an individual approach that offers lots of personal and loving attention.
