Alex and Liz are mental health professionals who founded Lil' Eggheads to apply their counseling skills in the form of a one-on-one at-home tutoring service for children who are getting ready for Kindergarten. As a result, students are not only prepared academically, but are also given the tools to build the self-confidence and behavioral skills necessary to be successful test-takers and students.
The first step is a phone consultation where Alex or Liz will talk to you about what your child needs, including academically and behaviorally. The first session is an evaluation session where they can get an idea of the baseline of your student's abilities and areas of growth. From there, Alex and Liz will bring materials based on a creative, individualized curriculum to every session. Parents and tutors are in constant contact about strategies that can be practiced at home!
