Lil B.o.e's Loving Childcare

I am an in home childcare provider who is certified by the state of Arizona and Child and Family Resource with 11 years of experience with working with children from ages newborn to 12 years. I have owned my own home childcare since 2009 and before that I worked in daycare facilities as a infant lead teacher for a year, also as a assistant in the 1 year old class and eventually moved up to become the lead teacher for the ones, I also was a lead teacher in the 2 year old class and have also subbed in the 3 and up classes. I have many early childhood education workshop hours and continue to go to them. I have my fingerprint clearance card along with my cpr/1st aid certification and food handlers card. I have two children of my own. A daughter who is 5 1/2 years old and a son who is 2 years old. I come from a very big family which I happen to be the oldest of 4 siblings and 23 cousins. So you can say that I have lots of exprience with kids. I also have experience with working with children with special needs such as autism, down syndrome, cerebal palsy, multilpe slorosis, add/adhd and other behavioral problems. I have many references available upon request. I do provide meals and snacks and parents provide formula, diapers and wipes and extra clothes. I have a daily schedule that we try to follow but sometimes kids will be kids and have no interest in a certain project at that time so we accomodate with something that they are interested in. I like to keep the ratio very low typically 1:4 but i am allowed to have up to 6 kids in care at one time.
