Comprehensive medical and home care for people 55 and older who live in Armstrong County and are found medically and financially eligible. All medical care is provided including medications, durable medical equipment and skilled therapies. We have transportation to medical care, an adult day health center where medical care is provided as well as recreation therapy and socialization. Plus in home care that can provide bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The LIFE program is an all inclusive program that looks at a persons total needs and wraps all the services needed around them under one program. LIFE stand for Living Independence for the Elderly and our goal is to help our participants live their lives at home.
