LEX Home Health Care provides non-medical home care services through companions, sitters and personal care aides/homemakers to patients in their places of residence. We implement programs and services to provide comprehensive, quality home care services in the patient's home. All services are provided under the direction of the Registered Nurse and the Administrator. Our Agency serves as a resource for the patient, we provide healthcare education for the patient, the patient's family and the community. We implement methods of screening applicants, verification of current license/certification and evaluating their progress regularly in order to be able to provide quality personnel. Our Agency provides staff developmental opportunities and programs, including orientation and programs concerning current practices in nursing and allied healthcare.
