My passion is working with kids. I am committed to making parents and kids feel comfortable and safe, providing a healthy environment for the costumers. That way there experience there is joyous. I understand and provide for the children in an appropriate and respectful way. I am especially suited for working with children. Studies show that children that start learning at an early age, have a better school career and more confidence while learning. My goal is for kids to be better prepared for school and always learn something new each day. Children will have daily activities and weekly projects that should enhance their learning while having fun. Parents will know exactly what their child did throughout the day, with forms like "Daily Child Report " which lets parents know, "what did we learn " And What did we do throughout the day. Also the "Daily infant Report " which lets parents know "what time your child ate, how much, diaper changes, naps, and missing items that the need, plus staff comments " and other forms which help us better your child care.
