Our families come from all over the world: some have recently moved from China, Korea, Iran, India, Japan, Brazil, and other places, while others have been living in Orange County for a long time. Our teachers, too, are a well-traveled, cosmopolitan group, eager to make you feel welcome in our diverse school community. Our aim is to help children gain what we call Knowledge for Life: the essential knowledge, thinking skills and strength of character, needed to flourish as joyous children today, and as successful adults tomorrow. By joining our school for the toddler, preschool and kindergarten years, you also have the option to continue in Montessori Elementary at our sister schools, LePort Montessori Irvine Westpark, LePort Montessori Irvine Spectrum, or LePort Montessori Fountain Valley, where our graduates have preferential admission.

Our cozy school house is nestled between the Woodbridge Village Center and San Diego Creek, in the heart of Irvine s Woodbridge Village. It is also easy to access from both the 5 and 405 freeways. Many families come from the immediate neighborhood and walk or bike to school. Our students enjoy observing the nature that abounds along the creek side of the playground and the comings and goings on the opposite side, along the San Diego Creek bike/walk trail.

Our classrooms are bright spaces, with beautiful wood-laminate flooring, big windows, high ceilings, and direct outside access from five classrooms, allowing especially our older preschool/kindergarten students an indoor and outdoor classroom experience during the day. The toddler and preschool play yards are well equipped, and offer opportunities for active play, swings, running and kicking a ball, as well as caring for their plants and gardening.
