I believe we all have a calling and God showed me at a very young age that I would be working with children. For over 10 years I have had the pleasure to live out this calling by having the opportunity to not only work in the public school system, but also play a crucial part in the children s ministry at my church. I am a bilingual certified teacher and just recently became a licensed children s care provider with the State of Texas. My desire is to be an instrument to help children understand that they too have a calling and are made with purpose. That not only are they our future but our present; bringing out their best and equipping them with the tools they will need to get a head start.

It is my goal to provide activities that are planned, purposeful and playful to promote a solid foundation for your child(s) development and learning.

Alphabet and sound recognition/ syllabication
Word segmentation and blending/ reading sight words
Writing (First/last name, illustration, letters, numbers, words and sentence)
Number recognition, counting, one to one correspondence, patterns, adding and subtraction simple numbers
Color/shape identification
Activities that require the use of fine motor skills (Small muscle movement. Ex: Pencil, button scissor grasping, etc.)
Activities that require the use of gross motor skills (Large muscle movement. Ex: Sitting, throwing a ball, walking, etc.)
Social/Emotional skills (Building positive relationships, setting and achieving positive goals)
Acquiring a second language (Every Tuesday and Thursday our class will be taught in Spanish. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in English. )
STEAM (Educating children through an integrated curriculum of science, technology, engineering, art and math.
