We have a home-based family business where we will provide a safe, welcoming, warm and stimulating environment. We have a large playroom with lots of outdoor space. Your child will receive close attention in a small environment of no more than 4 children at a time. The care-giver has a Bachelor's Degree in education with 9 years of professional teaching experience and one and a half years of nanny experience caring for children ages 3 months to 2 years. She is also certified by the Red Cross for first aid and CPR, is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program at CNM. She recently had a child of her own, so she is looking for an opportunity to stay at home with her baby while also caring for other children. The home is located 10 minutes south of Downtown Albuquerque in a rural part of the South Valley.
We believe that discipline with love can help shape the character of children in a positive manner, that each child is a mine rich in gems of inestimable value, and that it is important for a child of every age to have a stimulating environment with play, arts and crafts, sports, music, social interaction, and time with nature and gardens. If you are looking for an inexpensive yet high-quality, loving and intimate environment for your child, we are a good fit for you. Children respond to a structured, ordered environment, which we can provide by limiting the number of children in one space.
