Legacy Ranch Alzheimer's and Dementia Special Care Center offers specialty care for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
We believe in "meaningful moments" and try to promote this philosophy in all that we do. We will work with your doctor and providers of choice to make sure your needs are meet. We offer engaging activities. We provide three meals a day and snacks. We provide twenty-four hour nursing and medication and treatment administration, assistance with medical appointments, we communicate with yourphysician and providers.
Our staff is trained to provide them with skills necessary to help each resident hold on to the meaningful pieces of their lives for as long as possible. We focus on psychological, social and spirtiual needs.…
