I am a former Columbia Public Schools Teacher that has decided to be employed in a way that allows me to spend more time with my family. I have three children, 2 of which are school-aged, and one infant. I am currently looking to watch children in my home or nanny for a family outside the home in an environment that allows me to bring my 8 month old daughter.
I have my own transportation, am smoke-free, and love animals of all kinds (okay, except maybe snakes and spiders)! I also can provide tutoring as I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Communication Arts. I am licensed to teach early-childhood/Kindergarten through 8th grade.
In addition to my work history, I also have experience with Autism Spectrum individuals as two of my children and my husband have ASD. I have spent 10 years nurturing and helping my family through all the challenges and unique situations that special needs can bring.
