Leaves provides non-medical, private duty care to our clients from the comfort of their own home in the Grand Rapids community and within facilities. We strive to allow our clients to enjoy their independence and maintain dignity. We pride ourselves on hiring only exceptional caregivers who are passionate about the work they do. Our goal is to customize the care plan and care team to best enrich our clients experience.

Available services include companionship, housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, errands/shopping help, bookkeeping assistance, outings/recreation, dementia care, end of life care, overnights and 24/7 care and more.
