About
As a former Elementary School Teacher, I have always loved caring for and teaching young children. Licensed in 2007, I started Learn and Grow Child Care and Preschool, building an addition designed as an early learning classroom to our home in 2012. I care for infants through school-age children full and part time. I strive to provide each child in my care with a variety of experiences in a caring, safe, positive environment in which I can nurture their social needs while also supporting good character development. I use the Mother Goose Time curriculum, along with a variety of other educational resources, offering theme-based activities designed to meet each child's academic needs including language skill work, reading and writing, mathematical concepts, science, and social studies through games, music, drama, art, and other indoor and outdoor play. I have limited Preschool openings between 9:00 and 12:00 September through May, but care for children through summers as well. Come join us as we Learn and Grow!
