I completely agree with the person who rated them "absolutely awful." I paid for 3 hrs. with 2 cleaners, (again, despite the fact that I didn't think I needed that much time). One stayed for one hour and then went out to the car to babysit a child who had been brought along. The other stayed for 2 hrs., but I cannot begin to tell you everything that was missed (including one entire bathroom). Plus, they never vacuumed my downstairs floor--just mopped it, essentially pushing dirty water around. It was terribly streaked, and took me two more moppings to get it remotely looking clean again. Complaints have gone without response.

Absolutely awful. I paid for 4 hours and got 2. We were told that we didn't need 4 hours for our house. Funny, we found shelves undusted, had some kind of visible residue left on our marble floors and I found tons of areas that were never touched. SCAM.
