With over 30 years experience handling dogs, I have mastered the art of the walk. I grew up raising show dogs and became a junior handler when I was 11 years old. I assisted in my parents' dog grooming and kennel business and acquired a solid foundation in grooming, dog training and proper dog care. Throughout my life, I have always owned dogs and have been involved in volunteer activities with the Humane Society. I am currently volunteering at the Guilford County Animal Shelter. I have experience working with shy, introverted dogs; excited, uncontrollable dogs; and nervous, passive-aggressive dogs.

I currently own a rescued boxer/Rhodesian mix and two rescued cats but have experience caring for many other types of animals I have owned in the past (iguanas, snakes, rats, mice, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, canaries, and parrots).
