We provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors and others who are recovering from injury or illness. Our services include personal in-home care that is used to help the patient with daily tasks such as meal prep, dressing, bathing etc..., Senior Daycare, and Household care. We work with our clients to develop a customized daily care plan (DCP) the contains instructions such as rotation, medicine, diet, doctors' orders, etc.... The DCP ensures that all of the care providers are on the same page and provides a communication channel for the client's primary health care provider, the clients family, and the in home care team.
