Hello!
Im Tember Neeb, owner and founder of LayhGan. I started doing the in-home childcare after I gave birth to my kids. I had a few friends with frequent needs for a sitter and with me being a stay at home mom, I was the go to. They always joked about me starting a business and babysitting or doing child care, because in their words "I'm amazing with kids and very trustworthy".
That to me is huge, I decided to become a stay at home mom so I could be with my kids and be that someone with them. I wanted to become a solid person parents would trust with their children. I wanted to be a safe place where parents can be comfortable to bring them and not stress about them being with me all day.
I came up with "LayhGan" after my children. I have a infant daughter and a toddler son. My kids are my world, and I love watching them learn and grow and I love to help others develop as well!
