Lavender Community Integration Services

We are a Community Participation Support Program for adults under the age of 60 who may have an intellectual disability or are on the Autism Spectrum.
We are purposely small, having no more than 10-12 clients at a time. We meet at our center located in Phoenixville, PA and then travel throughout our community for the majority of the day.
Our focus is on meaningful community integration; therefore, we do your typical YMCA and grocery store trips, but we also create and run programming for the community of our own. Our goal is to naturally showcase the ABILITIES of our clients and what they personally offer to the community. This is all decided upon by the individual, meaning that if an individual would prefer to stay at the center and take part in center activities, this is also an option.

At this time we accept the following waivers:
Consolidated waiver
Person/ Family Directed Support waiver
Community Living waiver
Adult Autism waiver

We do also offer personal pay options.
We do also offer a free Friday (evening) and Saturday (day/evening) event each month. This date is chosen by our center. It is a way for us to give back to you the care givers, as we do not charge the waivers. On the odd months of the year, the guardians are given a Friday to have a guardian support group. On the even months of the year, the guardians are given a Friday to have a date night. The one Saturday each month is used as a way for our clients to experience our town by going to festivals/ events in the area, running from May through October.
