Hello my name is Lauren,

I have made childcare my career and I consider myself a professional. I go above and beyond to create an environment where the children feel safe, loved and happy. Although I enjoy working with all ages, I especially love the opportunities that younger children provide. These include helping them to develop self confidence, self esteem and creativity.

I have been working as a full-time nanny and in daycare centers for the past 11 years. I am looking for children age 2 weeks-3 years to be a part of my in-home daycare center in my warm and loving home located in Gallatin. It's a great family community just 10 min. from Hendersonville. Depending on the age of the child a typical day in the home includes story time, interactive nursery rhymes, arts and crafts and outdoor play in my large fenced in backyard. These activities are intended to provide the child with mental and physical stimulation as well as social interaction.

I am an energetic individual with a tremendous amount of patience. I am attentive to the needs of the children and I make a strong connection with both the children and the parents. Because I have made an emotional investment with the child and the family, it enables me to provide proper discipline and structure in line with the parents wishes and philosophies.
