Laura's Little One's

My husband and I just relocated here from SC three years ago with our two beautiful children. I like to think we are a very active family. We are always outside doing something whether it is playing baseball, kickball, cornhole, yard work, etc. I like to exercise, organize and clean daily. I have a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Early Intervention. My course work includes working in a school setting with ages 5-11. I worked in a daycare facility for 5 years while going to college. I worked mostly with infants to age 4 in the daycare setting. I also worked for the Board of Disabilities before deciding to open my own in-home childcare. I have been keeping children in my home for the last 10 years. I have transformed my bonus room into a preschool classroom. I provide childcare for infants to Kindergarten age. The children I watch are exposed to music time, fingerplays, reading, crafts, games, and much more daily. I also do a wide range of educational activities with the kids. If you are looking for a sitter who sits the kids in front of the tv all day this is not it. My home is located off Hwy 109 in a small quite neighborhood.
