I hired this cleaning company to clean my two short term rental rooms. The company owner guaranteed that she has staff that can undertake this job, even after I told her I had two other companies say they can fulfill the services, but they didn't commit or show up. Unfortunately, I encountered the same exact issue with Latin Cleaners. The owner gave the job to one of her employees, but that employee did not want to take the cleaning job as she felt it was an inconvenience to her. The owner did not provide any back up option and the entire transaction fell through. The staff member assigned to my job was going to perform cleaning duties at least for a month as a favor to the owner, but when it was time for her to arrive at my home, she did not communicate on her whereabouts until later on. By that time I had called the owner and left her a voice message to tell her I no longer need any cleaning services from her. I have yet to hear from her til this day. I do not recommend this cleaning company. They shouldn't provide false marketing and overpromise to their clients that they can commit to any and all types of cleaning jobs.

Two cleaners came and did a fantastic job! Very polite, professional and friendly. Will definitely hire again!!
