The WORST cleaning service that I ever had!! Don't trust the pictures on their page. When I called to asked for service, Chris who answered the phone recommended to get their deep cleaning so I can get their best cleaning plan for $200 to clean kitchen appliances and windows and walls. Before they come to my house I received a call from my sister that she was not happy with their services. So I called Chris back and asked not to send me the same crew and he promised to send his best crew. They left my house with very poor quality service they did not clean all the windows and floor still has so many spotting. Next day when I called Chris to complain, his response was he can't do anything for us!!!!I I don't recommend them to anybody they're not professional at all!! I wish I would cancel them when I heard they're not good.

No, absolutely not! First, I was told there was going to be a crew of three people. Instead, this company only sent one person. I had to forfeit $180.00 of my security deposit because the person who took 10 hours to do a move-out cleaning in a small two bedroom/two bath condo kept using the same dirty greasy rag (the management company hired Maid Brigade to do a second cleaning). There were grease streaks on the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and floors. She didn't properly clean the inside of the refrigerator/freezer (I had to help her), the baseboards weren't cleaned, window seals weren't wiped, etc. I also had to wipe the ceiling fans myself because the lonely person said, "I forgot about those." What?!

Yes, I signed off on the check sheet, but had I known all of the above I wouldn't have. After someone is in your home for 10 hours you expect the job is up to industry standards.

Do not use this company if you're expecting your security deposit. The management company stated, "you got last minute cleaning just like the company's name." How embarrassing.
