About
Hello everyone!
My name is Lara and I have a son that is almost a year old. I have 13 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings including 4 years working with the DMPS School District and 7 years in daycare facilities. I have my Child Development Associate Certificate, and I'm CPR Certified. I also am a registered CNA. My love however has always been with children.
My in-home daycare is located in the Highland Park area near Park Fair Mall. Since this will be your child's home away from home, I provide a safe, caring, homelike atmosphere for your child while at the same time providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.
My business hours are Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. I am very flexible however, so if you are in need of different hours, please give me a call/text or email and we can discuss your individual needs.
- I have very reasonable rates with both part-time and full-time.
- I do cloth diapers on my own child, so cloth diapers will not be an issue for me!
- I have a large playroom in my home with a variety of toys and activities
- I provide 2 meals and 2 snacks per day.
- Weather permitting, I try to include outdoor activities each day
- You will receive daily sheets that inform you about your child's day each day
